50th Anniversary Conference Volunteers
Volunteers are a critical resource, providing valuable support to help bring CFTC’s 50th Anniversary Celebration and Conference to life. We are excited to be creating a vibrant volunteer team who will be the backbone of this event. We will provide training, a supportive and collaborative environment, and entry to the event. In return, we ask you to commit to helping with the entire four-day celebration and conference. To become a strong team we will rely on every individual to show up each day all day.
Volunteer positions to fill include: preparation, registration, greeters, presentation supports, help with our information booth, runners, celebration dinner workers and ticket collectors, AV support, social media and photographer. Please see the list below for details about the dates, times and locations.
A mandatory volunteer orientation will be held two days prior to the conference to review
responsibilities and to familiarize helpers with the conference facilities. During this
gathering, volunteers will be provided t-shirts to wear during the event as well as other
perks to help make the experience positively memorable.
If there are particular sessions during the conference you would like to attend, we will do our very best to accommodate you. This could be either helping with those sessions, and/or having the freedom to attend at least two sessions of your choice during the conference.
